In early 2019, the University of Arizona launched Trellis, a Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) initiative, as a key component of the UA Strategic Plan<https://strategicplan.arizona.edu/>. Trellis aims to support the University’s bold strategic goals, especially those related to student outcomes, by delivering technology solutions that make it easier for you to support students and also make it easier for students to navigate the services the University has to offer.

Trellis will deliver several student focused solutions in FY20 that we think you’ll want to learn more about. To this end, the Trellis team is hosting three open forums on September 10th, 16th, and 23rd. By attending one of these sessions, you’ll get a firsthand look at Trellis Progress and Trellis Advise, and get a preview of improvements coming to UAccess Student Center and Degree Search later in the year. Finally, these forums provide a chance to ask your most pressing questions surrounding this university-wide CRM initiative.
