Julie asked me to send this out to all departments that offer an undergraduate certificate. Please be sure to dispose of the old applications and use this application as it has information pertaining to the $15.00 fee for processing.

Greetings to All:
You each are receiving this email because your college offers at least one undergraduate certificate (please see attached).
Undergraduate certificates now carry have a processing fee of $15.00.
Graduation Services places this fee upon receipt of the attached application.
We are hoping to get all of the Fall 2019 certificate candidates coded and charged by October 15th.
This will allow the student to see the charge and pay it charge before the end of the semester.
Please return an application, to your Graduation Services Advisor, for each student expected to complete their certificate in 2194.
