[Agvisors] Trellis Direct Calendar Link Now Available, Nov. 13

Danielle,
I have been using Trellis for over three weeks and using two calendars during this time.  I hope that they set this fix up soon, it is quite cumbersome to work with two calendars.  I would caution everyone to keep both calendars open and constantly check for updates on Trellis.  The system does not provide reminders, or I have not figured out how to set up reminders.

Hi Dava,

I believe the Outlook integration has not been completed yet, it is said to be coming by the end of November, possibly.  The link in our Trellis profiles is the direct link to our Trellis calendar for students to view our schedule without having to search for our names, the links will not connect students to our Outlook calendar at this time.

Here is an image I took late this afternoon from a student logged in, this image is the landing page when the student is logged in and uses my direct link, they can see my schedule immediately:

I have access to view my calendar; I would like to link the Trellis appointment calendar with my Outlook Calendar.  Is this the link we use to sync Trellis with our Outlook Calendars?

Hi All,

For those using Trellis Advise, please note, we have direct links to our calendars as of today!

Navigate to Trellis Advise, then click on your photo in the top right corner.

Then click on your name hyperlink, then you will see "your calendar link".  That link will take users directly to your calendar.  The image below is what my profile details looks like.

Also, the advisor list we saw in the AGvisor meeting yesterday that students see when they search for advisors is now a searchable drop down by College or by the advisors name, either first or last name is searchable.  The image below is blurry for some reason when I paste it from my quick notes taken, but it is the screen shot I took during the zoom update meeting today.  You might get an idea from the blurry image below. what it looks like for students.  Perhaps any of us that are students can capture a clearer image to share from the Trellis search page.  They said it is live now.  Thank You!
