Greetings Agvisors,

The deadline for University General Petitions is this Friday, May 3rd.

As a friendly reminder, students have one year maximum to file a university petition for the term in question (i.e. Spring 2018 retroactive withdrawal petition would need to be submitted by this Spring 2019 deadline of 5/3/19).

Students may be referred to advising at cals.arizona.edu<mailto:advising at cals.arizona.edu> or Forbes 203 to consult with the college advisors on the process.  Thank you all in advance for referring students accordingly.

Correction to the previous email. The last day to submit petitions to the Office of the Registration & Transcripts will be Friday, May 3rd rather than on a Sunday.

The University General Petitions process will not be available during the summer months. Students, advisors, and faculty should be alerted now to the following deadlines:

  *   Last day for students and colleges to submit petitions to the Office of the Registration & Transcripts, Administration Building, first-floor lobby, Room 210 is May 5, 2019.
  *   The University General Petitions process will be available for the 2019-2020 academic year beginning August 26, 2019.
