FM Sign Shop gave me the following prices for the name tags and anticipated production timeline:

Hi Serena,

Our prices are around $12.20 per tag with the enamel "A", and $10.60 per tag for the engraved.

Right now we are waiting on the white to be delivered from our vendors, we're hoping it comes in within the next few business days. Normally, our time takes anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on the volume of orders. Right now we're probably at about a week.

Great question. I am asking about price and will let you know once I receive a response. As for the ordering portal it's through the https://www.fm.arizona.edu/#/department/10. In the email Alex says if we need assistance to complete the order form it is best to call. I have not submitted one yet.

Hello Serena,

Attached are the new standards for name tags, as decided by Marketing & Branding Management. You will have your choice of color (navy, red, or white), as well as a choice between an engraved block "A" or a three color enamel  block "A" which will be attached to the tags. There will be three lines of text on the tags which will be:
     Line 1: Name
     Line 2: Title or Department
     Line 3: Department or "The University of Arizona"

I also attached the new standards for name plates as well, for future reference.

As far as completing the order, we will need a work request.  If you've never placed an order with Facilities Management, I would suggest calling the Work Desk at 621-3000 and they can help you.
