Hello Serena,

Attached are the new standards for name tags, as decided by Marketing & Branding Management. You will have your choice of color (navy, red, or white), as well as a choice between an engraved block "A" or a three color enamel  block "A" which will be attached to the tags. There will be three lines of text on the tags which will be:
     Line 1: Name
     Line 2: Title or Department
     Line 3: Department or "The University of Arizona"

I also attached the new standards for name plates as well, for future reference.

As far as completing the order, we will need a work request.  If you've never placed an order with Facilities Management, I would suggest calling the Work Desk at 621-3000 and they can help you.
