A message from the Trellis Team. Please share accordingly.


The Trellis team informed me that 4 major features have been released for Trellis Advise as of last night, Dec 4th. All users who logged in today received notifications about these releases.

From the team:
We’re pleased to announce that as of last night there are 4 new features available in Trellis Advise:
1. Prospective and nonactive students can now log in and schedule appointments using their social accounts
2. Advisors can now use an advising group chat (Chatter) within the tool to share tips and tricks with each other. SME advisors have agreed to stay active in the chat to help answer emerging questions.
3. Training and support materials can now be found inside the Trellis Advise tool. This feature is called "Knowledge" and was mentioned in the December Newsletter.
4. "Console" is live within the Trellis Advise tool and advisors can now open multiple tabs to multitask on their work.
