[Agvisors] CALS Spring 2020 non-registered student list

Greetings Agvisors:

Hope your week is going well. As mentioned at the Agvisors meeting, the Spring 2020 non-registered student list as of 12/3/19 can be found in Box via this link https://arizona.box.com/s/qmxy5k7z4ms354pmue3b5qicp51t9c66 or via this path: CALS Advising, Retention and Student Services/Non-Enrolled CALS Students/UAGSC Spring 20 Non-Reg Student list as of 12-3-19.  The list includes the Fall 2019 FTFT students that are not registered or are registered as part-time (highlighted in yellow) for Spring 2020 (2201).

Please refer to students in your respective majors that are not registered for 2201 and comment what plans they have in place in the Notes column, if they have already reached out to you. If you have not heard from them please reach out to obtain an update on their status. If you need assistance reaching out to them the CAS college advising team may assist with the outreach, just let us know. To those that have already done some outreach, do not forget to enter your notes on the Box document as well by 12/13/19 at noon.  The part-time students were left on the list for your reference, but no specific outreach is requested for this group.

59 total students
34 not enrolled for SP20 (24 have service indicators/holds)
25 enrolled in 11 units or less (part-time)

Type of service indicators/holds preventing enrollment:
9 - Bursars (past due balance of $750 or higher)
5 - combination of First Year Advising and Bursars
8 - First Year Advising
1 - Campus Immunization records
1 - HS transcript needed
