[Agvisors] Out of State orientation information and major guides request

Greetings Agvisors:

Thank you in advance for uploading your 2019-2020 major guides in the Box folder. In addition to the major guides request, if there are other materials you would like for new students to receive at the out of state orientations please drop them off at Forbes 203 by this Friday 4/5 before 12pm.  If you would like for a student worker to pick them up from your units please coordinate with Maria Bueno: mbueno at email.arizona.edu<mailto:mbueno at email.arizona.edu> * 621-3616

For your reference, attached is the list of students (12) currently signed up for the Chicago orientation taking place this Sunday April 7. It is common for students to change majors the day of orientation. With this said Juliana Lincoln, as the CALS representative, will be taking items representing all majors to have as back up.  I will do the same for the NYC session on April 28 and Amanda Armendariz for the California sessions on May 18 and 19.  At the out of state sessions, students will be encouraged to send an introduction email to their major advisors soon after the orientation. You are all welcome to send the students an email introducing yourselves as well.  The college representative will send an updated list of students that attended the sessions upon their return.
