Greetings Agvisors,

Below is an update on priority registration.  The proposed date to have the student enrollment appointments assigned is October 1, but as Beth references below an update will be sent should that happen.

A report with the list of students that have holds (negative service indicators) that prevent them from enrolling will be sent to Agvisors on 9/26 .  Note, not all negative service indicators prevent students from enrolling.

The priority registration schedule is now available on our website.  https://www.registrar.arizona.edu/courses/spring-2019-priority-registration?audience=students&cat1=10&cat2=30 . A PDF version is also attached.

We have made an adjustment since the last version was shared.  The advising community was concerned that the 3-day window might be too short for students with holds or other challenges.  To address this and to further simplify the schedule, enrollment appointments will now be continuous.  Once the student is eligible to register, they will continue to be eligible through the first week of classes.

We are also exploring whether we can make the shopping cart available earlier than Oct 18 when appointments are assigned. The attached document still shows this date as Oct 18, but this may change. We’ll send another update if that happens.
