CALS December Graduation
Student communication about December graduation began 10/15/18. Communication will continue through targeted emails, Monday Message, lobby slides, web content, etc.

*         RSVP (via Qualtrics)<https://uarizona.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_88uwuPex8DErJUF>: As with previous semesters, the RSVP includes destination questions. I also included optional sections for a personal message as well as student profile content and graduation photo. We'll use this content to create the graduating senior ppt (this will run on the Forbes lobby slides and at the graduation ceremony).

o   RSVP Deadline: December 2, 2018

o   Guest Tickets: December grads are initially allotted 10 guest tickets - they can pick up their tickets on 12/5/18 between 9 am - 2 pm with Cecilia. If there are tickets remaining, a second distribution is scheduled for 12/12/18 between 9 am - 2 pm.

o   Students can start their RSVP and return later if they to return to the RSVP on the same internet browser and on the same computer.

MyEmma for CALS Departments
Several CALS departments have expressed interest in launching a department-specific instance of MyEmma. For CALS, Brian Berellez is the lead for access/onboarding to the email marketing platform. Given that there's broad interest from other departments, I asked Brian to present on the process/next steps at an upcoming Agvisor meeting. Brian's on the agenda for 11/20/18.
