As many of you know and have reported, there were some groups of students that weren’t assigned an enrollment appointment or received an incorrect appointment.  We use a complex series of UAccess queries to assign appointments. Some recent changes to those queries to eliminate ineligible students eliminated more than they should have. We have identified the problems and corrected the queries.  This issue impacted approximately 3800 students and all of their appointment times will be corrected in the next day or two. We will be contacting students whose appointments have been adjusted by email to make sure they are aware of the changes and are checking their UAccess Student Center for their new appointment date and time.
Thank you your patience as we have worked through these issues. The feedback you have provided regarding missing and incorrect appointments has been extremely helpful in resolving the issues. We want you to continue to contact us if you see anything amiss.
