Greetings Agvisors,

Thank you for welcoming the new students at the first main campus FR orientation.  Attached is the schedule for the day for your reference.

Preschedules will be emailed to you each individual advisor before the 2:30pm class schedule review (meeting time with advisor).  All students should have at least 12 units unless they do not have a math or English code in the system.  If this is the case refer them to speak to the math or English representatives at the Science and Engineering library computer lab (main floor) after you advise them.

As a reminder the registration lab for CALS students will be set up in Forbes 202 (Career Center) from 2:30-5pm. Please come over when you are done advising students.

There is a CALS parents Q&A session from 3-4pm in Forbes 206.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.  I'll send a debrief overview later this afternoon.   I have a meeting at Pima CC with Jim Hunt from 2-3. Amanda will be at the registration lab if you need to get a hold of us.
