[Agvisors] CALS scholarships: total counts & updates

Hello Agvisors,

The deadline for CALS Scholarships is this weekend - April 1, 2018. As of today 463 students have applied - this is a jump from last week but still far below the 17/18 total of 661. If it's helpful to know, Camille pulled together the list of total applicants per major. (see below)

I sent the penultimate message to students last night (advisors were included on that message); I'll schedule a final push for Saturday morning. Thank you for encouraging your students to apply for the CALS scholarships!

Message from Camille:
Below are the applicant counts as of today in Scholarship Universe (for AY 18/19). Two notes:

1.       If you notice there are a few non-CALS majors in this list: if student's CALS major is their second major, their first major will show on here. Similar data wrangling for a dual-degree student. This will not affect their consideration for CALS major or department-specific scholarships.

2.       NA students: These are incoming freshmen or transfer students. Their admission major lives in a separate data bucket and doesn't transfer over right away. Again this will not affect their consideration in major-specific scholarships because the matching for those is done based on the profile question they answer about their major.
