[Agvisors] 3/21/18 - CALS on the Mall

Hello Agvisors - National Ag Week starts 3/19/18. As a way showcase the diversity of our college many of the students clubs advocated for the idea of having a "Mall Takeover" - essentially an expo-style event for CALS student clubs to showcase the diversity of our college and their club's work to UA students, faculty, and staff. The event is not just for clubs, however - departments are encouraged to also have a table if they'd like to.

This is the first time CALS is trying something like this. Depending on interest, hosting a "Mall Takeover" is something CALS can coordinate on a regular basis (perhaps once a semester).

CALS Mall Takeover/National Ag Day

*         Wednesday, March 21, 2018 (the Farmers Market is on the Mall at the same time, a nice audience overlap!)

*         10 am - 2 pm (event time) - clubs/departments can participate as their schedules allow

*         Main Mall, Section A (the "X" in front of Old Main)

*         One 6-ft table and two chairs will be provided. Email Gabrielle Sykes-Casavant (gms at email.arizona.edu<mailto:gms at email.arizona.edu>) to confirm your club or department's attendance.
