Hello Campus Partners,

I hope you are all having a wonderful summer!  I am reaching out to let you know Campus Rec’s signature event, Meet Me at the REC, has combined with Bigger. Better Bash! as the ultimate wildcat welcome event.

Similar to last year, we are inviting all of our campus partners to be a part of welcoming students to the new year and provide interactive activities to generate awareness of your programs and offerings.

Here are the details --
Date: Sunday, August 19
Event Time: 7-10pm (setup times TBD)
Location: Campus Recreation’s Sitton Field
Provided to you: 1 Table, 2 chairs (other requests are made on a case by case basis)
Expected Attendance: 4,000-6,000
