[Agvisors] Spring 2018 Transfer and International New Student Orientations - January 5

Greetings and Happy Prosperous New Year Agvisors,

Hope you all had or are having a wonderful break.  Attached are the updated student lists for the orientation taking place this Friday January 5, 2018.  The college meeting will include both International (FR and TR) and Transfer students.  Academic advising is scheduled at 1pm but you may choose to meet with students right after the college meeting that will end at 12pm, just make sure to let Maria Bueno or myself know so we can inform the students.


*         College meeting at Marley 230: 10-11:45am

*         Academic Advising: 1pm (or earlier if advisors inform Maria prior to the college meeting)

*         Students will have access to enrolling after the college meeting, unless they still have a campus immunization hold (we make them aware of the hold at the college meeting).

*         From 2:30-3:30pm International students may be referred to the Main Library ILC computer lab for assistance with course enrollment

*         **if we can access laptops from the library we will set up the career center boardroom to assist them as well, including Transfer students - this is pending.  We would appreciate any assistance if you're available.
