[Agvisors] CALS Student Officers: Help requested

Hello Agvisors,

I need your help! Starting with the December 2018 graduation, CALS will give copper colored honor cords to graduating CALS students who served as a UA/CALS club officer. The idea for club officer recognition emerged from the AgriLife Council; we're excited to help make it happen.

Students will get only one cord (meaning, if they were an officer in 3 clubs or served for 3 years they'll get one cord, not 3). The cords will be presented at the CALS Senior Sendoff on Friday, December 14. Tracking down an officer list is a bit more complicated than it should be - unfortunately that data isn't kept centrally either in UAccess or ASUA.

Here's how you can help: Review your December 2018 graduating students for students who fit this criteria -

*         CALS major

*         Graduating/walking in the December 2018 ceremony

*         Served at least one full term as an officer in a UA/CALS student club (the one full term is defined however the club's bylaws define the term)

Please send me the student's name, club, and - if you know it - the role they served. I'll reach out to the students directly.
