[Agvisors] Free Food, and other reminders

Hi Everyone,

Well it seems we all survived the first day of the semester.  I am wondering if the Free Food Subject line got you to open it as quickly as students :)

We do indeed have free food tomorrow at the Career Center/DL50 Welcome.  Please feel free to stop by and enjoy treats including make your own popcorn trail mix.  It is in Forbes 202 from 10am to 3pm.  Speaking of the DL50 we are still accepting applications and would love nominees from all of our departments.  If you have students you think would be the right fit for a group focused on the development of management, entrepreneurship, and leadership skills with a 3.0 or above please send me their name and email address.  Nominees will receive bonus points in the selection process.

Next The Career Center and CAS Advising have welcomed 3 new members to the team who would like to learn more about your major/department.  If you haven't already please complete the Doodle Poll (https://doodle.com/poll/quzui88q28epf5ut) for us to stop by and chat with you so we can continue to be partners and help CALS students succeed.

Finally, please let me know if there is anything Chanda and I can do to support your efforts or if your faculty are in need of a guest speaker on career topics.  We are happy to help.
