Greetings Agvisors,

Happy Monday! Attached is the student list for the International Orientation taking place this Wednesday August 8, 2018. The college meeting for CALS will be from 10:30-11:45am at Marley 230 and Academic Advising will start at 12pm at advisor locations (as listed on attachment).  If you have any reservations on the advising start time please let me know. Thanks in advance for your assistance in welcoming the students.

There are a total of 16 students signed up to attend - combination of FR and TR students. The majority being FR.  CLAS has a large number of students, so CALS may end up with major changes the day of the orientation.  Attached is also the full list of UA international students attending the orientation this week for your reference.

Fall International Undergraduate Orientation

*         Dates: August 7-9, 2018

*         College Meetings: Wednesday, August 8 at 10:30 am (Tuesday, August 7 for Eller College of Management)

*         Advising: Wednesday, August 8 (Times given at College Meetings)

*         Registration: Wednesday, August 8 (with assistance at the ILC from 2:30-3:30 pm)

*         Help Desk cell (available August 7-8 for staff only): (520) 603-2109

*         International Student Breakfast on August 8: Sign up<https://global.arizona.edu/international-student-breakfast> to have breakfast with our new international undergraduate students!!
