Good Morning Campus Colleagues,

I am writing to invite you all to a unique set of Honors College events taking place this Wednesday afternoon (April 25th).  That afternoon, we will host the Honors Thesis Elevator Pitch Competition as well as the Honors Engagement Expo.

The Honors Elevator Pitch Competition<https://www.honors.arizona.edu/honors-elevator-pitch-competition> (3-4PM, Catalina Room, SUMC) exemplifies the thesis and capstone research Honors seniors perform to graduate with honors. Ten Honors students have been selected through a competitive application process to present their thesis work. They now have two minutes each to tell us about their projects and why they matter. Come see this exciting event, and help us choose a winner!

This year's Honors Engagement Expo<https://www.honors.arizona.edu/honors-student-engagement-expo>  (4-6PM, North Ballroom, SUMC) brings students from over fifty majors and eleven colleges together to display the breadth and depth of their work. These students will be presenting a wide range of engagement and involvement projects, including internships, research, study abroad, and much more.


Many of you may have students that you work with presenting at this event, and I am sure they would love to see you there. We invite you to explore their projects, hear about their experiences, and see how they are influencing the world around them! I hope to see many of you there!
