Dear Colleagues,

There is nothing more important than supporting our students as they complete their undergraduate degree! As a campus, we have developed amazing programs, hired incredible staff, and made a commitment to students that we are here to meet their personal and professional goals.

Last year we gathered to address the success of freshmen, this year we want to gather students, staff and faculty to address the success of sophomores. To that end, you are invited to participate in a campus-wide Summit on Student Success and Retention. While we will spend a bit of time reviewing institutional goals, trends, and big data tools, the majority of our time will be focused on a more intimate conversation about what it takes to help our sophomores be successful.

We will be hosting a panel of students to get first-hand knowledge of their experiences, but we also need to hear directly from you!

Our plan is to follow-up after the summit with some actionable items. This conversation will be fed directly back to campus leadership. Please RSVP for our event by 5pm Friday, September 8th.
