Dear Advisors –

A recent enhancement was made to Advisor Notes in UAccess:

When you are reviewing a note on a particular student or creating a new note, you will notice a new button on the top-right of the page: View All Existing Notes

This button will allow you to review all notes for a given student on one page (from most recent to oldest note). After clicking on the button, a new window will appear (be sure your browser allows pop-ups). Then, scroll down to review all notes for the student.

You can also access this page through direct navigation: Academic Advisement > UA Advisor Notes > UA Note Entry View-All. Then, enter the student ID and Search:
