[Agvisors] CALS Commencement - Thursday May 11th

Students participating in the CALS Commencement:

Reminder CALS Commencement is this Thursday, May 11th at 6pm at McKale Center.  Students can arrive anytime between 4:00 - 5:15pm to Register.  Registration is for students only!! This registration will consist of picking up your card.  Please check if your name and major are correct and fill the back side of card for photography services (this is optional).  Do NOT lose your card as this card will be given to the Associate or Assistant Dean for them to read your name when you walk across stage.   Once you receive your card you will be given instructions to where you will line up to process in.
McKale doors will open at 5pm! Please let your family members know the locations of where the doors will only be open is next to the ticket office and on the west side 2nd floor.  This is due to checking bags.   Please keep in mind clear bag policy will be in effect at this event!!!
Ceremony should end by 8 or possibly before that.
