[Agvisors] Rooftop Garden Design Competition

Hello Agvisors: The Arizona Student Unions and the Office of Student Engagement have an exciting Engagement opportunity available for all UA students - the Rooftop Garden Design Competition<http://union.arizona.edu/involvement/rooftopgarden/>. The case-style competition is a semester-long challenge for interdisciplinary teams of five students to research, design, and pitch ideas for a sustainable garden. The winning design will be built on the Student Union Memorial Center Rooftop.

Once constructed, fresh produce harvested from the winning design will be used by Student Union restaurants and will be distributed through the UA Campus Pantry. Each member of the top three design teams will be awarded Meal Plan money - $1,000, $500, and $100 respectively. CALS students are a natural fit for this opportunity! There are two upcoming events for students to learn more; please share the message below with your students and encourage them to participate.
