[Agvisors] Tier I equivalent courses student report

Greetings Agvisors:

Attached are two reports, one of all UA students and a second one with just CALS students (sorted from the full report for easier access) which indicates the Tier I equivalencies needing adjustment (except NSC 101/NSC 170c, PSY 150a/PSY 101 and ASTR 170B/PTYS 170B).  Per Graduation Services' request, advisors should continue to make the request for adjustment if the student is graduating.  That said, I recommend a proactive reach out to students on the attached report whose ADVIP will indicate they need an additional Tier I course.  We especially want to spare a student from the unnecessary expense of a summer session course they do not need.

The CALS attachment is the one you should really refer to.  I started going through some of the students and highlighted those that have already graduated in orange, which do not need to be addressed. The students highlighted in yellow completed or/are in courses that truly are considered equivalent, no follow up needed with these students either. Please refer to your respective majors of non-highlighted students and identify which students need a follow up. Thank you in advance.
