Greetings Agvisors:

Hope your final week of priority registration advising has been going well!  Friendly reminders below:


1.       UPAC Co-Chair elections - don't forget to submit your votes. Refer to an email sent today 4/18/17 from Nicole Gonzalez on behalf of the current UPAC Co-Chairs - subject line: "UPAC Co-Chair Elections". We were asked not to share the link which is why I did not forward it, so please refer to your email inbox. If you did not receive it email nicoledg at email.arizona.edu<mailto:nicoledg at email.arizona.edu>, thanks!  CALS has two UPAC Co-Chair nominees, Liz Collins and Michelle Mendoza, and your vote does count!  Along these lines, congratulations and thanks to Kristen Geary for serving her  two year contract as a UPAC Co-Chair! Kudos to Kristen and good luck Liz and Michelle.

2.       April 19 (W), Agvisor brown bag from 12-1pm at Saguaro Hall 219.

3.       April 26 (W), Agvisor meeting at McPark 402 (note room location). Please bring copies of your most updated major checklists (2017-2018 preferred) and any information you give prospective students (brochures, handouts, pamphlets, etc.).  4 sets would suffice, but will gladly accept more.

4.       May 2 (T), CALS Senior Sendoff at Forbes lobby from 4:30-6:30pm. Contact Gabrielle Sykes-Casavant for more details gms at email.arizona.edu<mailto:gms at email.arizona.edu>

5.       May 3 (W), CALS end of term student event at Forbes lobby and courtyard time TBD - tentative 2-5pm. Fun activities, cookies and more!

6.       May 9 (T), Agvisor May Retreat will still be held on this date from 11am-5pm (may finish by 4) - please update the time on your calendars as it had initially been promoted from 9am-3pm. Follow up with me if you have suggestions on activity ideas, discussion topics, etc. - Thanks!

7.       May 16 (T), save the date for a UA Advisor Celebration from 11am-1pm. Invitation with details will be sent out electronically by the Advising Resource Center soon.
