[Agvisors] Transfer Orientation 10/14

Greetings Agvisors,

Attached is the list of students signed up for Transfer Orientation this Friday, October 14.  As a reminder, the college meeting will begin at 9am and students should see major advisors for advising at 11am.

We have recently received the freshman orientation dates for this spring and next fall.  I will include all those dates below.  I have made a slight modification to the transfer orientation schedule; our last date was originally schedule on January 9, but that is the same date as freshman orientation so I have changed the final TR date to January 6.  All transfer orientation sessions are listed below as well.

I didn't mention it at the last Agvisors meeting but we had to move our transfer orientation sign up into Qualtrics, so the Google Form can no longer be accesses by Agvisors.  Students will now be directed to register for CALS orientation by navigating to http://tinyurl.com/calstransferorientation.  Since Agvisors will no longer be able to see the sign up responses I will begin CCing advisors when students register for a session, and I will continue to send session lists prior to the orientation dates so you all know who to expect.  I am open to suggestions if you have an idea about how we can streamline this or make it easier for everyone!
