Dear Colleagues,

There is nothing more important than supporting our students complete their undergraduate degree! As a campus, we have developed amazing programs, hired incredible staff, and made a commitment to students that we are here to meet their personal and professional goals. Given all this, we believe the time is right to gather together to talk more comprehensively about our students' success and retention. We are asking all those who work on a day-to-day basis with students (including students themselves!) to open up a dialogue and map out our needs so we can really plan to meet our campus goals.

To that end, you are invited to participate in a campus-wide Summit on Student Success and Retention. While we will spend a bit of time reviewing institutional goals, trends, and big data tools, the majority of our time will be focused on a more intimate conversation about what it takes to help our students be successful. The setting will offer a well-coordinated and collaborative environment that will involve key faculty, staff, and students.

We need to hear directly from you!

Our plan is to follow-up after the summit with some actionable items. This conversation will be fed directly back to campus leadership. Please RSVP for our event by 5pm Monday, November 28th.
