Greetings Agvisors:

Updated GRO policy effective Spring 2017.  Refer to attached memo for details.

*In summary: effective Spring 2017 to qualify for GRO students must have less than 60 earned units.
For Summer and Fall 2016 the policy still enforces the 60 attempted units (includes W posts).

Here is the announcement I mentioned at yesterday's UPAC meeting about upcoming revisions to the Grade Replacement Opportunity (GRO) Policy approved by the Faculty Senate, 5/2/16.  Please share this with any faculty advisors in your department/college who may not be on the UPAC listserv.

This memo will also be distributed on the campus-wide UA at Work network.
