[Agvisors] Degree Audit FAQ Sheets

Greetings Agvisors,

Attached are the Winter 2017, Spring 2017 and Summer 2017 degree FAQ sheets for you to give to students when they meet with you to do a degree check (thanks to Julie for providing them!).

As a reminder, please make sure that students have applied for graduation in UAccess before you complete their Degree Audit Worksheet.  Once the DAW has been completed and signed by you, please have the student submit it directly to the front desk in Forbes 203.  There is no need to attach a hard copy of an ADVIP.
