Academic Advisors,
Can you believe the deadline to study abroad for fall 2016 and academic year is already here? Many program deadlines are on April 15th, which is just around the corner!
Other updates this month include...
* We've got a blog<https://global.arizona.edu/study-abroad/wildcatsabroad-blog>! Seeking to reach multiple audiences, our blog will have posts for academic advisors, faculty, parents, students and those in the field of International Education. Please read and pass on relevant posts to your students.
* Fall Program Deadline Extensions! Many programs do have strict April 15th deadlines, but others will be extended. Check out the list of programs<https://global.arizona.edu/study-abroad/study-abroad-application-deadlines-extended> with deadlines past April 15th.
* Save the Date! Southwest Lessons from Abroad (LFA) will take place on Sunday, September 25th where students from across the region will join us at the U of A to unpack their study abroad experiences.
* Alumni Quote of the Month
"I already spoke Spanish before this, with a Mexican influence, but learning a new 'dialect' was very interesting and helped me understand other cultures." - Diego Martinez Lugo, Costa Rica International Journalism, Summer 2015
As always, please contact us<http://global.arizona.edu/study-abroad/contact-us?utm_source=newsletter1&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=UPAC+Email+September> with any questions.
All the best,
Study Abroad & Student Exchange
