[Agvisors] CLAS events (recruitment and retention)

Greetings Agvisors:

Below are the events that the College of Letters, Arts and Sciences (CLAS) will be hosting for undeclared/no major selected students.  The events will be theme-based somewhat similar to the Meet Your Major Fair but in a smaller setting.  Pizza will be available for the attendees and students.  If you are interested in attending to represent your major(s) let me know by Tuesday 11/3 so I can provide the CLAS director with a number of attendees from CALS.  I'm unsure if we will be given a table per major or one for the college.  I plan to attend 3 of the 4 sessions (not on 11/19).

The theme based events will be from 4:30-6pm at the Bear Down gym on the following dates:

*         Thursday Nov. 12: Engineering, Science, Health

*         Thursday Nov. 19:  Language and the Arts

*         Tuesday Nov. 24: SBHU (Social Sciences, Behavioral, Humanities) and Education

*         Thursday Dec. 3:  Business and Industry

All CALS majors could be a great added benefit on all dates except maybe Nov 19th(?).
