You're invited to tour the UA Mirror Lab! As part of the Faculty Fellows Program hosted by Career Services, Professor and Engagement Faculty Fellow, Eleni Hasaki, is launching a series of tours featuring many of the UA's world-famous laboratories and campus enterprises where faculty, students, and industry partners collaborate to produce cutting-edge research and technology.



At the University of Arizona's Richard F. Caris Mirror Laboratory, scientists and engineers are making giant, lightweight mirrors of unprecedented power for a new generation of optical and infrared telescopes. Come join us to tour the UA Mirror Lab and speak with subject-area experts including Distinguished Faculty Fellows and Astronomy Professors, Don McCarthy and Ed Prather, about their pathways into this exciting field.



Where: Richard F. Caris Mirror Lab (Located on the East Side of Arizona Stadium-527 Championship Dr.)

When: Wednesday, October 28th from 3:00 PM-4:30 PM

Registration: Register online through Career Services at http://bit.ly/1GipT6F  by Tuesday, October 27th.



This event is free. Space is limited to 20 students. Please wear close-toed shoes.
