Academic Advising Advanced Training

Advisors who would like to attend the Academic Advising Advanced Training can now sign up via UAccess Learning. All scheduled sessions are open available for you to sign-up.

To find the training sessions, go to learning.uaccess.arizona.edu and click on Find Learning on the left side, then type in UAccess Student in the search box. You should get the following results pictured below:
[https://mail.catnet.arizona.edu/owa/service.svc/s/GetFileAttachment?id=AAMkADVmMzUzYmJmLTY4YzctNDU5Ni1iYTg2LTZiOGJlMjBhM2VmYgBGAAAAAADruPwWIqvwSLt1tFP7%2FwrYBwBftqCj%2FKc5RJ6SKBpryakZAAAA%2BAQdAABdV9f4Lf%2F4SLaGEt2AlYdDAACNlZdWAAABEgAQAM81ridVt1dLgaYiUhlD4HQ%3D&X-OWA-CANARY=RSrPjjYxtkK0vqYNliRG8zYorG7q6dIIPdgJTDKpqd_HIZwuBXnsJTBy3ZYVEhPkx12Vp13U9dc.]

If you do not see the Academic Advising Advanced sessions in your search results, this means you need to complete the Academic Advising Basics (pictured at the bottom of the image). Once Basics is completed and your receive a notification (usually overnight) then the Advanced course will appear as an option.

Please note that attending this training does not automatically grant access to Student Exceptions. An official security request email must also be submitted by your supervisor if it has not been submitted previously. Directions for submitting a request can be found online at: https://request.uaccess.arizona.edu/uaccess_appreq/

If you have any questions please contact Heather at Jepsenh at email.arizona.edu<mailto:Jepsenh at email.arizona.edu>.
