[Agvisors] Next Step Center Proxy

Hi Agvisors,

The Office of Admissions requested that I pass some information on to you regarding the Next Steps Center proxy<https://webauth.arizona.edu/webauth/login?service=https://nextsteps.arizona.edu/NSCProxy/Login.aspx&banner=Next%20Steps%20Center%20Proxy>.  They have recently been having issues with their firewall which has been causing hiccups with the proxy.

If you log into the NSC proxy and type in a SID and you receive a message that "The Next Steps Center is for newly admitted undergraduate students" then you are encountering one of those hiccups!

To resolve the problem you can do a few different things:

1)      Close your browser, wait 10 minutes, and try again

2)      Clear your browser history and then restart your browser (this is what worked for me)

3)      Use incognito mode on your browser
