Greetings Agvisors:

Thanks to all that assisted in making the first on campus orientation a success. It was successful yet chaotic (logistically).

Attached is the schedule for tomorrow's orientation as a reference, in case you come across lost students/parents/guests without their schedule.

For CALS we have 51 students signed up.  Based on the total number of students signed up in general (700) we anticipate more major changes than usual; for students changing into our college. Yesterday we had 10 new students who changed at the session.

Please assure you have the remainder of the orientation dates saved on your calendars for the advising (class schedule review) timeframe.  If you have any updates for the session tomorrow (5/29) let Maria Bueno know (mbueno at email.arizona.edu<mailto:mbueno at email.arizona.edu> * 520-621-3616).  She will be out of the office the week of June 1 so any changes for the following week please send them to me.

Tomorrow (5/29) you will receive the student lists for the June 1 and June 8 sessions.

Summer 2015 Orientation dates:

*         May 27,29

*         June 1,8, 12, 15, 17, 19, 22, 24, 26, 29

*         Aug 14, 18

College Meeting 9:45-11am at McPark 105
Advising (Class Schedule Review) 2:30-4pm at advisor locations
Student Schedule changes start at 3pm (ILC computer labs)
