Hi Elaine,

Hope you're able to finally breathe a bit now that graduation is over.   :)   Whew!

I have GOOD NEWS for CALS. We've finally been able to determine that we do have an instructor for Comm 119 002B (strictly a CALS section at this time). I see currently that your 119 002A is completely full and think you still have some students who need this class as I got a phone call from one Tuesday but couldn't get in due to it was full.

That said, would you please email all your advisors/people there and tell them that 119 002B is now open for CALS students to register. The students should be able to register themselves as the requirement number will only allow CALS students in but if there's any problems please let me know.

Finally, if I notice about a week before classes start that enrollment is really low in this section we may allow other students into it as we need it to be full so we don't have to cancel it.

Hi Elaine!

Hope this finds you well and happy.

I just wanted to update you on the Comm 119 situation. As you know we currently have one section for CALS students only. That section is Comm 119 Section 002 & 002A. You currently have 8 students in there but we know it will be full very soon and you'll want/need another section. As I have mentioned in a previous email we really hope to open 002 Section B but we're still waiting on funding news. That said we'll keep you posted as soon as we know anything.
