[Agvisors] Spring 2015 Probation Report review

Greetings Agvisors:

First off thanks to all of you who assisted at the CALS commencement this past Saturday.  It was a great success!

Secondly, as mentioned at the Agvisors retreat last week, this Thursday May 21 from 12-3pm the CALS Academic Standards Committee will be meeting to review the Spring 2015 student probation report at Saguaro Hall 219.  We would like to invite Agvisors to this meeting.

Your participation will serve as two-fold:

1.        The unit advisors can assist with providing your input recommendation on the entire CALS student list

2.       Most importantly the decision on your students.  By the time the memo and unit student reports are sent to the CALS schools and departments you will have already provided your decisions.

For your reference this year the final college decisions on student statuses will need to be submitted to the Registrar's Office by June 1.

Lunch will be provided by Jimmy John's. If you plan to attend please send your lunch selections to Maria Bueno (mbueno at email.arizona.edu<mailto:mbueno at email.arizona.edu> * 621-3616) by Wednesday 5/20  at noon.

Reply to this email if you plan to attend to assure I have enough copies available of the probation report.
