Hello Advisors,

Three weeks ago I asked you to check your college/school/department double use policies, as recorded in 2014, and to send me any corrections or updates for 2015.  Several of you submitted updates, which I've recorded on the attached version.  In some cases I edited your statement to maintain consistent wording on the list, so please check your policy on this draft to make sure that it reflects the intent of your restriction(s).  Roxie Catts has posted the same updates on the ARC Website, http://advising.arizona.edu/content/policies-procedures/double-dipping, so you may refer to either list.

In the next week let me know if additional changes are needed for 2015-16.   I'll be on vacation so will make final updates on Tuesday, May 26th.

Thanks for your help in keeping our list up to date.
