Greetings Agvisors:

Thanks for a great meeting today.  If you did not bring recruitment materials (anything you would give a prospective student - brochure, major checklist, etc.) on your majors please drop them off in Saguaro Hall 221 by tomorrow Wednesday at noon (or we can also have a student worker pick them up from you).

High School counselors from out of state will be visiting campus on Thursday and Frank Santiago would like to provide them with specific CALS major information.  If he does not receive materials from your unit he will use the information he has, which could be outdated.

Hey Nancy,
Dr. Sara Kuwahara is going to GFIA in Ab Dhabi the second week in March.  She would like to bring some of our department flyers.  Could you send a note to the Agvisors listserv and ask them to bring their marketing materials for their BS and Graduate programs to our meeting on Tuesday.
I will give them to Sara for her to promote our CALS degrees.
