 Dear All,

Information required for Transfer Student appointments, particularly for New Transfer Students, is scattered across different pages in UAccess Student. We have consolidated all the information needed for Advising Appointments in analytics at Dashboards --> Student --> Transfer Students --> Transfer Detail (LINK<https://analytics.uaccess.arizona.edu/analytics/saw.dll?Dashboard&PortalPath=%2Fshared%2FStudent%2F_portal%2FTransfer%20Students&Page=Transfer%20Detail>).

The page includes information on where the student is ready for his advising appointment; for example, did they complete their Online Application Tour; are there any holds on their account? If the student is ready for their appointment, it summarizes their test and transfer credits. Transfer courses are grouped into AGEC / IGETC, English, Math and other to make it easier for advisors to review what has been satisfied and what is pending. The report also links to the Advising Report where Advisors can make substitutions.

We hope this is useful for your Transfer Student Appointments. Please let us know if you have any suggestions.

Thank you

Analytics Student Team
