Hello and Happy Monday!

If you have already signed up to participate in the Meet Your Major Fair, thank you! You can delete this email now. :)

If you haven't yet signed up, please do so as soon as possible.  We value your presence and appreciate you giving students the opportunity to learn more about your program.

To RSVP, please click on this link: http://clas.arizona.edu/content/meet-your-major-fair-departmental-registration.  Note that the RSVP deadline has been moved up to Friday, September 26th at 5:00pm.

As a reminder, The Meet Your Major Fair will take place on Wednesday, October 8th from 11am-2pm in the Student Union Ballroom.  Please plan to arrive no later than 10:30am to set up your table and to stay until the program ends at 2:00pm.

Lunch will be provided for up to two department representatives.  You are welcome to bring others with you, but lunch will only be available for two people.

If you will have two representatives for your department, please submit a *separate registration* for each person.  That will help us ensure we have all of the necessary contact information as well as an accurate lunch count.

You are encouraged to bring visuals/displays for your table and to have the department name clearly identified.
