Greetings CRRC,
Celebrate Yes! (surprise delivery of admission letters) will be on Monday, November 3rd in Maricopa County and Tuesday, November 4th in Tucson.
We are looking for campus partners and community members to join us on the Celebration Bus to cheer for our newly admitted Wildcats!
Participants will need to cheer, celebrate, and share their experience and expertise with new students and their families. We’re looking for faculty and staff members that will sing Bear Down and tweet #WildcatReady as they surprise and support these un-expecting, newly admitted students in a pep-rally style environment. This event will be photographed and filmed.

Buses will meet at approximately 1:00pm on Tuesday 11/04 and leave from campus. We will return before 4:00pm that day.
We’re asking participants to wear UA spirited attire. The more red and blue – the better.
Once you sign up, you will be given more specific information about where and when to meet the buses.

If your college or department is interested in participating in the Maricopa County Events (where we will welcome over 170 students into the Wildcat family), please contact Mary directly for more information.

As I mentioned in the CRRC meeting, we’re not disclosing locations to support this event being a surprise. If you have questions, you can contact Mary.
