Do you have fewer than 30 units remaining to complete your degree requirements?



Have you confirmed that your major(s) and minor(s) are correct in UAccess Student Center?



Contact your Academic Advisor<http://advising.arizona.edu/> if you need to make any changes.



If you can answer yes to the above, you are ready to begin your application for graduation. If you are not ready to begin, your application will remain available until you are ready.



To get started, log in to UAccess Student Center, and select Apply for Graduation from the Academics drop down menu.



Select the Apply for Graduation Link next to the degree program for which you are applying.



Follow the instructions on each page of the application.

ELIGIBILITY



Q: How is eligibility determined?



A: You must have 90 or more earned units to be eligible to apply.



Q: When should I apply?



A: We recommend you apply for graduation the semester before you intend to graduate.



Q: How far in advance can I apply for graduation?



A: Only the next 4 calendar year terms are available (including the current term). If you will not complete your degree within one of those terms, you will remain eligible to apply until your term becomes available.



FEES and DEADLINES



A $50 candidacy fee is charged to your Bursar's account per degree, per application.



A $50 late application fee will be charged per late application, in addition to the candidacy fee if your application is submitted after the deadline (below).



SPRING & SUMMER GRADUATES



Apply by FEBRUARY 1st of intended semester



FALL & WINTER GRADUATES



Apply by SEPTEMBER 1st of intended semester
