Happy Thursday!

We have another successful AFA Leaders Conference in the books. This year we brought 586 students from 92 colleges and universities and 37 states to Kansas City! Thank you for sharing your talented young people with us for this 4 day experience.

Our most immediate upcoming program is the AFA Food Institute. Held in Chicago, Ill. February 8-10, this institute will bring up to 75 students together to learn about our food systems at a broad scope. From packaging, processing, safety & regulation to marketing and sales, students will learn more about careers and soft skills in this industry while networking with today's leaders in the industry. Applications are due on December 1st, so act quickly!

Attached to this email you'll find an email that can be customized to fit your school and be sent out to students. Also included is a one page flier that can be posted and/or included on the email that you share with students.

If students have any questions, they can reach out to me directly at Derek.mulhern at agfuture.org<mailto:Derek.mulhern at agfuture.org>. I will share like information on both the AFA Animal Institute and AFA Crop Science Institute before the winter holiday.
