Dear Graduates:

As the University of Arizona and the City of Tucson prepares for an exciting
few days of ceremonies, we wanted to send you some important information
regarding College of Agriculture & Life Sciences convocation at the Tucson
Convention Center (TCC).

As a reminder, our college convocation is: Saturday, May 17th 3:00 pm at
Tucson Convention Center

Parking:   There are many parking options in the downtown area for a fee
ranging from $3 to $8 per space.  Please be prepared to pay with cash and/or
credit card, depending on the lot.  Please adhere to parking signs, as
meters and neighborhood parking will be strictly monitored and enforced. 

 For your convenience, the City of Tucson has provided FREE PARKING for
convocation ceremonies in the vacant lot at the northeast quadrant of 22nd
Street and westbound Interstate 10 frontage road.  This lot will be
controlled and monitored by UA Parking and Transportation personnel.  

A parking map for the downtown area is attached.   

Shuttle Service:  The University of Arizona will provide shuttle service via
our CatTran to and from TCC before and after each convocation.  The
University of Arizona will also provide accessible golf cart shuttle service
from the designated drop-off area to the entrance of TCC.  

Please note: Due to regular downtown traffic in conjunction with
convocation, event motorists should expect longer delays.  Convocation
attendees are urged to utilize the free parking provided to avoid additional
congestion and wait times.  Access to lots are along 22nd Street and the WB
I-10 frontage road entrances.     

Accessible Parking or Drop-Off and Seating:  There will be a drop-off space
and accessible parking spaces available at Lot A.  Accessible seating will
also be available at the Arena concourse and floor levels.
