Subject: [UPAC] Declaring the Psychology Minor

 

Dear Advising Colleagues,

 

We are no longer requiring students to complete our online information
session for the Psychology Minor.  We will allow any advisor to declare the
Psychology minor (PSYCMINU) for their student so long as they have a 2.0
cumulative GPA.  We ask that you please send the student to us should they
have any questions about the Psychology minor as we would still like to
advise them of the requirements.  Psychology minors can come to walk-in
advising.  This semester our walk-in advising schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday
and Thursday from 1-3 in Psychology 312.  In addition, we allow Psychology
minors to be declared during Priority Advising/Registration.

 

If a student wants to change their major to Psychology they need to first
complete our online major information session and turn in the appropriate
paperwork to our office: http://psychology.arizona.edu/declare_psyc_major
