> As some of you noticed, UAccess had a case of the Mondays today. The issues stemmed from dual, Oracle delivered upgrades that were installed over the weekend. There are several known issues we are working to resolve:
>
> · Currently, future dated exceptions (i.e. exceptions with an effective date greater than the current date—8/25/2014, for example) are not impacting the Advisement Report. You’ll see the exceptions on the Advisement Report but the directed course will not populate the line. We are researching a fix for this issue. We hope to have this resolved soon, so, if possible, please continue to make exceptions using the exceptions modification on the online Advisement Reports and those exceptions should be working soon, once we have a fix in place.
> · Oracle disabled certain parameters of the Carry ID feature. The ID may not always carry as expected, particularly if moving from one area of UAccess to another (e.g. going from the Academic Advisement menus to Student Services Center). We have reported the issue and hope to have a remedy soon.
> · Inability to Cut/Copy/Paste from the PDF documents generated in UAccess (Advisement Reports, Transcripts, etc.) We are looking to ascertain whether this is indeed upgrade related or possibly an Adobe/browser issue. We have reported the issue and are researching further.
>
> If you encounter problems please let us know as we can only investigate what has been reported.
>
> We apologize for the inconvenience these issues have caused.
