Hi all,

I'm writing to remind everyone of the deadline on December 15, 2014 for the following items for the 2015-16 catalog and pre-schedules:

1)      Curriculum Updates - updates to your existing Advisement Reports (some departments also think of them as AAR's or ADVIP's)

2)      Smart Planner Updates - If you have questions about this, please ask. Keep in mind this also feeds to the 4-year plan on Degree Search

3)      Pre-schedule Updates - This is used for Orientation

I have ONE MORE training/help session on Thursday from 9-11 in UITS Room 130. Several people have already RSVP'd. If you want to attend, please let me know soon.

I've been receiving quite a few questions and updates this week. However, I know there are still more out there. For instance, I've heard from 2 colleges on their pre-schedule updates. This will impact scheduling during freshman orientation so please make sure that this is complete along with the other updates.
